Granville Island Brockton IPA (6% alc, poured at home from a can)
Aroma and Appearance: golden with lots of bubbles, very mild tropical aroma and a nice foamy head
Flavour: clean with small bitter finish, a bit bready without the usual IPA kick from the hops I am used to.
Overall: a bit underwhelming, bit still refreshing and easy to drink. Good for someone who doesn’t like traditional west coast ipa’s or maybe as a beer to take camping as it comes in cans. This is a beer for the mass market, a bit of a mild IPA so to speak.
Rating: I would rate about 5/10 for a “craft” beer as in average.
